I’m not sure if it wasn’t 1998 or 1997, I’ll have to think about it; it was during my children’s 6th grade, and some time prior (3-5 months). I rented my first office. I have been using a storage locker for storing the inventory I sold at the computer shows. I started have a friend some over and spend time doing filing for me. During that time my phone order business grow, and I needed an office, for both myself, and my own space, living in a 2-bedroom apartment with my twin sons; and now an “employee” stopping by a few times a week for a few hours… Just made life easier to get an office, so I got one, 300 sq ft in a now gone old “western” style small 6-office building on Soledad Canyon in Canyon County.
